DESIGN VISION & Space Plan
For each room, Maxpatch will create a customized style board to help determine a design vision. Next, we’ll select fixtures, furnishings, and accessories based on your budget, work around existing pieces if desired, and draft a space plan that includes a detailed furniture layout, drawn to scale, to make sure there are no surprises.
SHOPPING LIST
After deciding on a design vision and creating a plan that fits your budget, Maxpatch will make a personalized shopping list with every item, including manufacturer, color/fabric notes, dimensions, price, as well as estimated shipping and delivery fees. We offer our clients the option to purchase items themselves or we will gladly make purchases on your behalf.
PRICING & FEES
Maxpatch offers complimentary consultations to understand your vision and design goals. After an initial conversation, we will deliver a design proposal with pricing for our services based on your project size and scope. Full service design for individual rooms is priced as a flat fee. Additional design consultation may be priced at an hourly rate. Maxpatch does not directly hire subcontractors, but we will happily provide a list of preferred vendors.
